Dr. Xiao-Feng Li, MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician with over two decades of experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence. A graduate of Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences, she completed her pediatric residency at Overlook Hospital and has served the Orlando community since 1999.
Dr. Li is known for blending modern medicine with old-fashioned values—offering compassionate, culturally attuned care in both English and Chinese. She enjoys listening to traditional Chinese stories, spending time with friends, and staying current with the latest advancements in pediatric care.

Dr. Jian “Jim” Zhao, MD, PhD, MBA, FCAP is a distinguished physician, educator, and executive based in Orlando, Florida. Born in Guangzhou, China, Dr. Zhao earned his MD from Guangdong Medical University, followed by a PhD from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
With a career spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and diagnostic innovation, Dr. Zhao currently serves as President of Orlando University and CEO of Oxford Diagnostics, a molecular pathology firm he founded in 1997. He is also a Lifetime Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a Courtesy Clinical Appointee at UCF.
Dr. Zhao’s journey includes residencies and fellowships at Yale School of Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Rockefeller University, along with teaching roles at Guangdong Medical University, Nanjing University Medical School, and Orlando University. His contributions to healthcare and education have earned him numerous honors, including the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and recognition as a Distinguished Worldwide Humanitarian.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Zhao enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Xiao-Feng Li, a board-certified pediatrician, and their two children.
